WagWorks: London's First Dog-Centric Private Members Club which Revolutionises Urban Canine Care

In the hustle of city life, finding expert, holistic care for your dog can be a challenge, WagWorks is changing that. Based in Fulham, this first-of-its-kind, premium membership club for dogs is transforming traditional canine services by offering a fully integrated, science-led approach to wellness, daycare, grooming, healthcare, and behaviour support, all under one roof.

Spanning 6,000 sq ft and staffed by a team of vets, groomers, animal care specialists, and industry-renowned behaviourist Winkie Spiers, WagWorks is redefining what it means to care for dogs in an urban environment. From the layout of the space to the structure of a dog's day, every detail is informed by canine behavioural science and tailored to dogs' natural needs.

WagWorks was founded in 2022 by dog lovers Jamie, Rhi, and Ollie, who saw a growing need for more thoughtful, expert-led urban dog care. "With 'pet parent' culture booming, there's a real need for enriching environments that truly understand dogs," says CEO Ollie Hudd-Williams. "WagWorks is the result of three years of research into how to deliver that."

At the heart of WagWorks is its flexible daycare service. Dogs are grouped by energy levels and temperament into separate parks, supervised by qualified handlers. A daily routine includes enrichment, structured play, and nap times in calm zones with dim lighting and soothing music, ensuring dogs go home balanced and fulfilled. The club also features a scent den for mental stimulation through sniffing, licking, and chewing.

Members benefit from no set schedules, drop in when needed, and gain access to WagWorks' full spectrum of services, including:

  • Training & Behaviour Support: Led by Winkie Spiers, members can book 1:1 training, puppy classes, and specialised workshops like Café Simulations or breed-specific learning, all designed to deepen the bond between dogs and their owners.
  • Grooming: The home-from-home grooming studio offers spa-level comfort, with soft towels, dog-friendly interiors, and tiled tubs. The focus is on making each groom a calm, enjoyable experience.
  • Healthcare: On-site vets take a proactive, preventative approach, offering same-day appointments and closely monitoring each dog's health. Because the team sees member dogs regularly, they can detect subtle changes early, supporting long-term wellbeing.

Membership begins with a personalised meet-and-greet to find the right care plan for your pup. It's not just about services, it's about joining a warm, expert-led community of like-minded dog lovers.

As the UK pet care market booms, reaching nearly £10bn in 2022, WagWorks is leading the way in modern, humanised dog care. With plans to expand beyond Fulham, this is just the beginning of a new era in canine wellness.

WagWorks Fulham is open Monday–Friday from 7am–7:30pm and Saturdays from 10am–6pm.

Memberships prices start from £210/month up to £840/month
